Series Description

Whenever we prepare to enter into a New Year it is always fitting to first reflect on the past year. It is in looking back that we learn about ourselves. It is in looking back that we remember the good and even the bad and how such experiences affected us and shaped us. It is in looking back that we can evaluate our mistakes so we don’t repeat those mistakes again. It is in looking back that we are reminded that God was there all along, during our mountain tops and during our valleys. We do this because we all have the tendency to forget God, to run ahead of Him, and to rely on ourselves which is why God said to “Remember Him.” It’s in remembering Him that we remember to include Him in all that we will do and everything that we will face in the New Year.
